INSURANCE FORMS
Some have said they are having problems downloading. I have asked Carolyn Knaup to resend if you did not get! Please contact her if you have a problem.
If you would like to give them to me before the 16th concert that is fine. Just send in and we will put them in the big medical notebook.
You probably did not even realize that by now every child in the band has had their TOR medical from taped into the top of their hat. Guard and tubas will have their's sewn into their uniform. Just a precaution in case something does happen! I am very methodically in everything I do ... so you following our directions makes it that much easier!
PLANE/PARADE TICKETS
They arrive this week! I guess it really is close!
FRUIT
A great day with lots of help. It is a "machine" and you see how easy it does operate. It does back up a little at the beginning but it is a great operation when all do what is asked. Thanks to all parents and students who assisted with that. Money is due on Friday December 7 so it should be in about the time you get this!

Remember: 3:00 PM concert and then we will move to cafeteria for a quick 4:00 PM meeting. We will move due to large crowd expected. Each student traveling must have one parent in attendance to review all the needed info!

AS we head down the home stretch it is very important ... I repeat very important ... that your child be in VERY rehearsal. Stamina for the parade and trying to pull this field show back together is going to be tough! We have to do it with no complaining. Please make sure you understand the schedule that was put out and you must be there! NO EXCEPTIONS!
