THE FINAL TOR BLAST ... WELL LET'S HOPE SO ...

QUICK UPDATES:

SOCKS

It would be extremely wise to carry AT LEAST THREE pair of completely white socks. You will need one pair for BANDFEST and so you don't have to put on the stinky sweaty socks again, you will probably need two pair for the parade. REMEMBER: Complete white with no grey or blue tints. And they must be TALL BOYS ... not the "shorties".

TV VIDEO

Please parents review everything and tape all for us as we will not see anything. HGTV on December 30, TARHEEL TRAVELER on December 28, WTVD sometime but do not know when, all the parade coverage on January 1 on all the channels. We wish to compile and make it all for our video.

REHEARSAL

Thursday December 27 945-1:30 PM with no lunch so we can go home earlier and prepare. We will probably will not be complete until 2 as we will need to pack and get serial numbers of instruments from every student.

BLANKETS AND OLD TOWELS

Need color guard girls to bring in two old towels and bell players to bring in one old blanket. We need to pack things in your suitcases and they need to be wrapped.

LUGGAGE TAGS

Distributed on the AM morning. If you are flying separate, you should have them.

CHAPERONE PACKETS

Being done on Christmas Day. Will be given to anyone who is flying separate at the final rehearsal and all others on the check-in night. Students understand EXACTLY what is happening. BRAVO!! ADULTS---follow their lead! PLEASE!
